Our Story
We’ve been providing In-Home Care Services for the last 33+ years. Dynamic In-Home Care was founded with one guiding principle in mind, care for our clients & patients like they are a part of our family. Dr. Nissan Pardo and Carol Silver founded Dynamic in April 1987. We began providing Caregiving Services (Dynamic Nursing) in 1987 and Home Health Care Services (Dynamic Home Care) later in the mid ’90s to the Greater Los Angeles area, focusing on serving the San Fernando Valley. Our office was located in the heart of Van Nuys to serve as a central hub for our office staff, caregivers, and clients. Into the 90’s Dynamic began to grow and thrive in the community and was even named in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies” in consecutive years 1998 and 1999. Dynamic moved to our new office in 1997 located in Sherman Oaks (14260 Ventura Blvd – Where we still call home today in 2020), an office building that would prove to be a more accessible hub for our staff and clients.
In the late ’90s following the Northridge Earthquake, Carol and Nissan noticed many seniors moving east to Las Vegas, NV, which sparked an idea to open an office in Southern Nevada. Dynamic Home Health Care (Home Health Care in Las Vegas) and A Simple Solution (Caregiving in Las Vegas) now known as Dynamic Caregivers have been proudly serving the Las Vegas Valley and senior’s In-Home Care needs for over 25 years. In recent years, we’ve opened an office in Newbury Park, CA (2824 Camino Dos Rios Suite B) and Beverly Hills, CA (1135 S. Beverly Dr. Unit B).

Our Community Relations team has been heavily involved in community events like the Alzheimer’s Association “Walk to End Alz,” the MAPS Charities Annual Luncheon, etc. to promote community involvement and engagement. We are proud to be a Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) 5/5 star rated Home Care Agency and partner with prestigious institutions like Cedars Sinai Medical Center. We’ve also been recognized in our community as one of “Home Care Elite’s Top 500 Home Care Agencies” 2019 and the Daily News’s “Readers Best Choice” Best Home Care Agency consecutive years 2012-2014, and 2017-2019.

Dr. Nissan Pardo and Carol Silver founded Dynamic in April 1987. Prior to founding Dynamic, Nissan owned a laboratory in the San Fernando Valley and Carol was the General Manager. 40 + Years Later, Dr. Pardo and Carol are still partners and the owners of Dynamic; family-owned and operated since 1987.
