Hourly and Shift Care
We can provide Caregiving Services dependent on your needs ranging from 4 Hours - 24 Hours daily. We typically provide caregiving services in 8-Hour, 12-Hour, or 24-Hour care increments.
Temporary / Long Term Care
(No Weekly Minimums)
We do not have a weekly or monthly minimum. We also work with many different Long Term Care Insurance providers (LTC).
24 Hour Care
We specialize in 24 Hour Care. We can provide around the clock care for you or your loved one at competitive rates.

HIRING PROCESS
What sets a Dynamic Caregiver apart? A Dynamic Caregiver is Experienced; All Caregivers must have at least 1-year verifiable care experience to work with our agency. A Dynamic Caregiver is Compassionate; Our Recruiting department holds a comprehensive interview and screening with all potential staff to ensure Caregivers have an understanding of the services we provide to our clients in the community. A Dynamic Caregiver is Attentive; Client’s needs are different, and all caregivers are oriented on the client’s needs and understand those care needs before going to a client’s home to provide Caregiving services.
Our team of Caregivers are trained in our offices prior to working with their first client. We provide comprehensive Caregiver training on safety procedures, emergency procedures, universal precautions, infection control, and transfer training. We provide complimentary ongoing training annually for our Caregivers to ensure all staff is up to date on the newest training protocols and safety information.

CA DSS CERTIFIED
All care personnel are registered with the Department of Social Services.
INITIAL AND ONGOING TRAINING
Our in-office compliance department ensures all care personnel are up-to-date on their training and in compliance with local and state laws.
BONDED AND INSURED
Our agency is bonded, licensed, and insured in accordance with all local and state laws
STATE AND FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECKED (DOJ&FBI)
We utilize the United States Department of Justice to run background checks (fingerprinting and criminal background screening)
TB TESTED
All care personnel are TB tested and cleared prior to being hired.
SUPERVISORY VISITS
Dynamic has a dedicated team of field supervisors that oversee in-home care personnel and visit clients in their homes.
